Registration & Application Form for Coursework & Services

      Please complete the following information, filling in all required fields, before sending your payment* to Avalon Sanctuary & Spa. You will receive an email confirming your registration/application as soon as your form and your payment are received. Please allow at least one week for processing requests for products, and up to a month for shipment of goods by post.

[ Please Note: Correspondence coursework is sent as PDF email attachments, one lesson per month. You will receive a link and password for all video coursework. Shipment of material goods (e.g. herbal or essential oil blends, lustral waters, etc., when/if offered) are sent by post with tracking, but with no required signature. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail or as a result of Internet service issues. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have trouble accessing your order. We will do what we can to be of assistance. Thank you for your consideration. Shipment of coursework materials requires a valid, working email address, which you are responsible to provide. If, after three (3) tries, we are still unable to send your coursework or correspondence via the email address you provided, your payment will be refunded and your order cancelled.]

* TO SEND A PAYMENT BY POST:  Since Southwest Virginia is not especially friendly to alternative healing modalities or religions, event locations are selected with this fact in mind and exact class/service locations are sent to you upon receipt of payment. (Please write to request the address if paying by Post.) We recognize that this may be off-putting for some people, but the safety of our students, clients, and service providers must come first. We trust you will understand the need for discretion.  We accept personal (domestic) or bank cheques (international) in US Dollars ONLY. We do not accept payments in other forms of currency or payments via wire services. Please allow up to six (6) weeks for domestic mail, and two (2) months for international mail. If you do not receive a receipt of payment by email within two months, please contact us. We will do what we can to help you track down your payment. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
